1. Eligibility - This giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must hold a valid full driver’s license.

2. Prize Details - The winner will receive a 7-day campervan rental, along with $300.00 NZD in fuel vouchers. The rental vehicle is subject to availability at the time of booking. Pick-up and drop-off for the vehicle must be from 147a Marua Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand. The prize is valid for 12 months from the 23rd of December 2024, after which it will expire.

3. Rental Terms - The winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in our standard rental agreement, including but not limited to age, insurance, and vehicle use requirements. The winner is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was rented, as per the rental agreement.

4. How to Enter - To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway post. Entries that do not follow these instructions or that are received after the giveaway period will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection - The winner will be drawn on the 23rd of December 2024. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram message within 3 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

6. General Terms - By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who provides false or misleading information. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Liability - The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or any other consequence that may occur as a result of entering or accepting the prize. The winner agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the promoter from any claims, demands, actions, or costs arising from the use of the prize.

8. Privacy - By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway and notifying the winner. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Modification or Cancellation - The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without notice.
